Details for the upcoming G-1 Champions League LAN finals have been released. Teams such as cn Invictus Gaming, my Orange.Neolution, us Team Liquid, and more will be battling from May 24 to 26 in the Shanghai Jiangwan Sports Stadium located in Shanghai, China. The LAN finals features RMB ¥400,000 in total prize money, equivalent of over USD $60,000.

It should also be highlighted that G-1 will be organizing an exciting All-Stars match between Chinese players and World players.

Tournament Format:



Group Stage:

The tournament uses what it describes as a 'Bubble Race mechanism'. In the initial phase, all teams are put into one sole group and will have the opportunity to play all other teams in a best-of-one round robin setup. The top four teams from the group stage will advance into the playoffs.

All group stage matches are best of one affairs.
