The fourth installment of the Bigpoint Battle kicks off it's qualifiers today with the first round of games starting up at 18:15 CEST. Check-in for teams starts at 17:00 CEST as usual, so make sure to have your teams signed up and ready to go, as there are still a few places left in the open qualifier.

Meanwhile, we're also ready to announce six of the eight directly invited teams to the 2,000€ tournament, with the remaining two teams to be confirmed over the following two days.

We've got an interesting field of invited teams for you this month, as the North American juggernaut us Team Liquid will be joined by the majority of the teams slated to play in the Western Qualifiers for The International 2013, including fr dd.Dota who after good results in scrims will be making their first official appearance with their new roster.

Update:

eu Kaipi have been added as the 7th invited team for Bigpoint Battle. Following their success in EIZO Cup, if they make it all the way in Bigpoint as well, they will have bested six out of eight of the Western Qualifier teams, only missing out on facing us Evil Geniuses and ru Team Empire.
