While the Southeast Asian squad had a few good showings with Ah Jit as carry, including a second place finish at ESL One Mumbai 2019, they were never able to truly achieve any kind of lasting consistency.
Mineski recently had a particularly bad performance at the StarLadder ImbaTV Dota 2 Minor #2—a tournament in which they won their first series and were considered to have decent chances of success. They did not even make the Playoffs.
As of now there is no word on who will be replacing Ah Jit. The current roster is as follows:
- Kam 'Moon' Boon Seng
- Damien 'kpii' Chok
- Ryan Jay 'raging-potato' Qui
- Michael 'ninjaboogie' Ross
What does Mineski have to do to find success at the TI9 Qualifiers?
