Afterwards both European teams played against each other to determine which would be the first squad joining the 14 other teams at the EPICENTER Major. Peter 'ppd' Dager seemed perfectly prepared for the Swedes and banned Oracle, an important hero in Alliance's lineup.
Aydin 'INSaNIA' Sarkohi had to switch to Ancient Apparition and didn't get the impact he needed to push his carries. Each Max 'Qojqva' Broecker and Michael 'm`ICKe' Vu lost their lane and couldn't prevent NiP from destroying Alliance's base.
Alliance fight back
NiP just needed one more victory, but iNsania adjusted his draft and trusted qojqva to turn the series with Storm Spirit - and he was right. The German mid laner stomped his fellow country man Adrian 'Fata' Trinks in the mid lane and led his team to a victory.
ppd's mistake was to not ban Storm in game three. He must have thought that he would be able to outplay the German mid laner. However, qojqva even topped his stats from game one and didn't die a single time. Alliance finished game three with 40 kills, while NiP had only 12.
Europe is the strongest region in the DPC!
Made it to Major Ggs boys🤗

Thanks to this victory Alliance is qualified for the upcoming Major in Moscow and will fight for important DPC points. The Swedes are in 14th place right now, but could surpass EHOME and J.Storm with a good result at EPICENTER.
NiP, on the other hand, will be playing against the winner of the battle between Team Sirius and Anvorgesa. If NiP wins this game, they also will make it to the Major and complete the five squad lineup from Europe next to Alliance, OG, Team Liquid and Team Secret.
Will Alliance qualify directly for TI with enough DPC points?
