An almost awe-inducing moment of rage
Despite being good enough to actually make it to the Closed Qualifier, Young Drug Gaming saw a humiliating end to their StarLadder ImbaTV Dota 2 Minor #2 campaign.
After losing their first series 2-0 to compLexity Gaming (the second game lasting only 16 minutes), they were dropped into the Lower Bracket to face off against Jacky 'EternaLEnVy' Mao and beastcoast. In a fit of rage—or perhaps intent on breaking their own record—they forfeit the match after losing a teamfight at the 13 minute mark.
However, Young Drug Gaming did not play in the second match either—they forfeit the entire series, ending their qualifying run. There is no official word as to what exactly happened, but it seems fairly safe to assume some team infighting was involved.
EE continues to struggle
Despite the dramatic series against YDG, EE and beastcoast still have to face J.Storm to continue in the Qualifier—a team they lost 2-0 to in the Upper Bracket.
Since forming, beastcoast has performed rather poorly; will they be able to put up a fight against their NA rivals?
