EHOME

xiao8's was back on track - at least for the last months. EHOME won The Bucharest Minor, had a good performance at The Chongqing Major and were considered to be the reincarnation of TI6 winner Wings Gaming. Zhang 'Faith Bian' Ruida and Zhang 'y`' Yiping finally were back on the big stages of competitive Dota 2.

However, Faith Bian recently got injured during the media day of Mars Media Dota 2 League: Macau 2019 and therefore won't play for the team at this Major. They had to replace him with Zhao 'XinQ' Zixing who played for Team Serenity at The International 2018.

On top of that, Luo 'eGo' Bin, the 17-year-old carry, decided to step back because of the pressure he experienced. This is not the best situation for EHOME to compete in the Major.

Keen Gaming

The Chinese squad finished third at The Bucharest Minor after losing to AS Monaco Gambit, but finally qualified for the Major. They beat Royal Never Give Up in the deciding game.

However, Hu 'Kaka' Liangzhi and his team-mates have a tough group stage ahead: they'll either face Team Secret or Team Liquid in the first round of the Major.

Mineski

Mineski had a rough start to the season although they had signed solid players like Damien 'kpii' Chok and Kim 'Febby' Yong-Min. However, before Stockholm, they didn't make it to any DPC event in this season. They lost their status as the best team of South-East Asia in less than three months.

Chai 'Mushi' Yee Fung left the organization and was replaced with Johan 'pieliedie' Åström. The Swedish player helped the team to be more stable in the mid game and improved their drafting. At ESL One Katowice they made it into the top 6 - they just have to beat Fnatic next time to reclaim SEA's throne.

Chaos Esports Club

The Brazilian squad around Otávio 'tavo' Gabriel and Danylo 'KINGRD' Nascimento is on the edge of making it to the top eight for almost a year now. Adding Rasmus 'rASmus' Fillipsen and Omar 'w33haa' Aliwi improved their versatility, but is still not enough to push them into the top group.

They finished ESL One Katowice in 7th-8th place, but lost to Mineski. The Brazilians have a long way ahead if they want to win a Major.

Only two more tiers remain. Next up are the Glorious Avengers.
