We'll be moving on to face @ViCi_Gaming the day after tomorrow. We hope to see you there. #BleedBlue pic.twitter.com/rcADINtobA
The first game may have been a close affair when looking at the kill count, but in reality it was a comfortable win for the North American stars of Evil Geniuses.
Artour 'Arteezy' Babaev went big on Terrorblade, picking up twelve kills for no loss as EG weathered the early trades to build a significant lead over Thunder Predator — ending a 36-minute game with a 25k advantage.
Game 2 was one-sided from the start. This time, Arteezy’s Anti-Mage and Sumail 'SumaiL' Syed Hassan’s Outworld Devourer combined for 21 kills — 50% more than Thunder managed as a team. Victory was sealed in 29 minutes, and with it a place in the next round.

w33 and Chaos close, but VG prove too strong
The reborn Chaos Esports Club put up a good fight against Chinese side Vici Gaming, but ultimately fell short.
Game 1 was brutal for the South American roster, as Vici took them apart. Leading almost from the start, Zhang 'Eurus' Chengjun ripped through them, helping himself to ten kills in a perfect-KDA game on Terrorblade — more than his opponents managed as a group.
Chaos fought back in a back-and-forth Game 2. The lead changed hands several times as heroes were picked off, w33 showing what he can do in a 10/1/7 game on Timbersaw.
Thanks for your support.

Obrigado pelo apoio.#CreateChaos
And so, to a decider. Ultimately, Chaos were never in this one, as Paparazi again went massive. He clocked up stats of 14/1/11 on Phantom Assassin as they led from start to finish, sealing their place in the next round and a showdown with Evil Geniuses.
Who do you think will win between EG and VG?
