While Vici Gaming and Team Aster are up-and-coming, PSG.LGD are already at the top of Chinese Dota. They're constantly in the top four in the world. They came close to winning The International 2018, won several Majors last season and finished in the top 6 at the last Minor.

They have a star player in every position, and are the only team to keep pace with Virtus.pro in 2018. This could be the time for PSG.LGD to finally to surpass them, and home crowd advantage could help them to get this small head start.


Team Secret



Did you know that in two out of three seasons, Team Secret always won the second Major? Clement 'Puppey' Ivanov and his team won The Shanghai Major as well as DreamLeague Season 8.

Team Secret finished in the top four in the last DPC season, and were in the Grand Finals of the KL Major. Signing Michał 'Nisha' Jankowski and Ludwig 'zai' Wåhlberg was the perfect call.

They're the overwhelming favourites to take this crown from the head of VP.


Evil Geniuses



Evil Geniuses are constantly in the top three, ever since Tal 'Fly' Aizik and Gustav 's4' Magnusson joined. The European duo has had a huge impact on EG's game, bringing more diversity and a deeper hero pool.

They finished third at TI8 and achieved the same position in Kuala Lumpur. Their only disappointment in recent months was that they barely made it to the second Major, then lost to J.Storm and Forward Gaming. However, they're still the kings of North America and one of the best teams in the world — a Major victory wouldn't be a surprise.


Virtus.pro



Virtus.pro had a bad result at The International 2018, but 2018 was their most successful year yet. They won three Majors, dominated the DPC and won the first Major of the new year — they're the reigning champions.

Led by star captain Aleksey 'Solo' Berezin, word-class players in every position scare opponents across the globe. Virtus.pro are the best team in the world right now — and they're the one team to beat.
