The next big offline tournament is close by: MegaFon Winter Clash introduces Team Liquid back on an offline event in Moscow. Next to that, top teams like Virtus.pro and Team Secret will be competing in the Russian capital, too.

Five teams have been announced by the production crew of EPICENTER. The MegaFon Winter Clash will be taking place from 7th to 9th December in Moscow. Forward Gaming will represent North America, Virtus.pro the home crowd, Secret and Liquid Europe and PSG.LGD will start for China in the Russian capital.

Only one slot is still empty and eight teams fight for it in the Closed Qualifier.

The closed qualifier will start today and finishes on Saturday this weekend. The favourite of the qualifier is the European squad of Ninjas in Pyjamas.

ppd's team had a great start in this season: they finished fourth at The Kuala Lumpur Major and came close to beat Evil Geniuses in the Lower Bracket.

Meanwhile, AS Monaco Gambit is the only team next to NiP that made it to the Major and will now compete in the qualifier. However, Natus Vincere and Vega Squadron (EU) proved already in the DreamLeague Season 10 Minor that nobody should underestimate them.

The Final Tribe, NoPangolier, Team Spirit and Winstrike are the other five teams competing in the qualifier. The tournament format is the common double-elimination bracket and only the best team will travel to Moscow to compete with the other five top teams for $300,000.

Which team will win the qualifier?
