A tough message for all Ninjas in Pyjamas fans: despite trying everything to get a visa for NiP's offlaner Neta '33' Shapira, they need to play with a stand-in. Team Liquid's Ivan 'MinD_ContRoL' Borislavov will help the team out.
"I feel as if it is unfair for us to incur a DPC point penalty"
NiP's captain Peter 'ppd' Dager explains in an official tweet why 33 didn't get his visa for the tournament.

When the news dropped that Malaysia would be hosting the first Major of the season ppd and his squad were already concerned, if Neta can get a visa for the tournament, because Malaysia "doesn't think very highly of Israel".
The team tried everything to make it possible so Neta could play at the Major, but in the end nothing worked out. ppd also states that they tried to contact Valve of a potential penalty using a stand-in. However, to this point nobody in charge answered.
Do you think NiP shouldn't be punished?
