While there have been several moves so far, it seems that China is going through more prominent changes than other regions. Other than runners-up PSG.LGD, Chinese teams performed relatively disappointingly at The International 2018 in what was supposed to be their year — prompting several transfers as the region looks to get back on track as a dominant force in Dota 2.

The return of Ferrari_430

In a tweet, Newbee announced their new sister team, Mr Game Boy, with legendary midlaner Luo 'Ferrari_430' Feichi the marquee signing. The former TI winner joins a couple of years after leaving Invictus Gaming. Joining him are carry Tan 'Jiajia' Lijia, previously of Newbee.Young and TongFu*, newcomer and support players Guo 'Eve' Yuhang and Luo 'Xi' Yinqi.

It’s not sure how this team will operate in the long term, given Valve’s new rules on multiple team ownership with regards to qualifying for The International, but it will certainly be interesting to see how Ferrari’s return goes. It’s also an interesting choice of name for the org, as apparently the abbreviation of the name isn’t quite so polite

The new Mr. Game Boy roster:
1. cn Tan 'Jiajia' Lijia
2. cn Luo 'Ferrari_430' Feichi
3.
4. cn Guo 'Eve' Yuhang
5. cn Luo 'Xi' Yinqi

LaNm heads up DeathBringer Gaming

As revealed by Newbee caster Jophy, new organisation DeathBringer Gaming sees Zhi Cheng 'LaNm' Zhang, Xu 'hym' Zhi, Liu 'Freeze' Chang, Yang 'Ms' Yongjie and Hu 'Guvara' Sen come together to challenge the established names in the Chinese scene. The former EHOME and Vici Gaming star will likely take up the captain’s role in the squad. HYM and Guvara are both former EHOME players, while Freeze joins from VGJ.Thunder. Carry Ms joins from Keen Gaming to complete the lineup.

eLeVeN 'Keen' to get stuck in…

In a post on their official Weibo account, Keen Gaming express regret over their season, having failed to qualify for The International 2018. As such they have brought in three new players to play alongside the retained Zhai 'Ying' Jingkai and captain Song 'dark' Runxi — carry Huo 'sss' Xiaole, ESL One Genting 2018 winner Hu 'Kaka' Liangzhi from Newbee and, most notably, former EHOME, LGD and Vici Gaming offlaner Yang 'Eleven' Wei Ren.

2. cn Zhai 'Ying' Jingkai

VG bring in three new faces

Rounding out the roster madness are Vici Gaming, looking to bounce back from TI8 and losing eLeVeN, LaNm and Lu 'Fenrir' Chao to other orgs. As such, they have brought in offlaner Zhou 'Yang' Haiyang and support Pan 'Fade' Yi from VGJ.Thunder, while young support Ding 'Dy' Cong rounds out the side. Carries Zhang 'Eurus' Chengjun and Zeng 'Ori' Jiaoyang are retained, with the side now looking forward to the new DPC season.

Full VG roster:
1. cn Zhang 'Eurus' Chengjun
2. cn Zeng 'Ori' Jiaoyang
3. cn Zhou 'Yang' Haiyang
4. cn Pan 'Fade' Yi
5. cn Ding 'Dy' Cong

Do any of these Chinese rosters have the potential to win big?
