Team Empire announces roster for The Summit

All eyes are on The International 2018, but we don't have to wait until then to see some great Dota 2. Before that we can enjoy some The Summit action! Team Empire already announced their new roster in preparation for the tournament.

Chappie is back in Empire action!

Team Empire won't attend TI8 and therefore, actually, has some downtime - if there wouldn't be the ninth edition of The Summit.

But the CIS team has to compete without three of their five regular players: Rostislav 'fn' Lozovoi, Andrey 'Ghostik' Kadyk and Yaroslav 'Miposhka' Naidenov won't attend the BTS Summer Cup to qualify for The Summit 9.

One of the stand-ins will be Vladimir 'Chappie' Kuzmenko, who lately played for Clutch Gamers after his inactive time on Empire - now the Russian carry is back.

Alongside Chappie, the former Gambit Esports* duo Vasily 'Afterlife' Shishkin and Albert 'eine' Garaev will join Team Empire's journey to qualify for The Summit 9.
