Each team can suggest up to three (3) match dates on the respective match page using the scheduling tool. The first suggested date will be prioritized. A suggestion is valid if:
- it is made at least 48 hours before the default date and
- the suggested date is not within 48 hours of the time of the suggestion.
Any suggestion must be made within a certain time frame - it cannot be less than 48 hours from the time it is suggested and it cannot be made within 48 hours of the default date and time. The earliest date that you can suggest a match date is... any time you want! However, your opponent's 48 hour time to respond doesn't start until the first day of the designated week, also called the Playday.
Each Playday of the group stage spans Monday to Sunday in a single week. The default day is Sunday, or the final day of that week. However, your team is not limited to playing matches within that week. Matches may be played between the first day of the Playday and the Sunday after the default date (so, a two-week period).
Here are a couple of examples using dates from this season:
Playday 1 is from May 21 (Monday) to May 27 (Sunday). The first valid day to play a match from from Playday 1 is May 21. If a team does not respond to a suggested date before May 21, that doesn't mean the date is locked in, since they haven't had 48 hours to respond.
The default match date of this Playday is set to May 27. If no team suggests a different date, the match will be played then.
The latest date of Playday 1 is June 3, which is exactly one week after May 27, the default date. However, any date later than May 27 must be suggested at least 48 hours before the default date.

Match Scheduling Tool
That's where our new feature comes in! On each match page, your team leader will find the "Suggest time" section. Both teams are able to suggest times as soon as they want, but whoever suggests earliest will have priority. If your team isn't first to suggest times, you'll have 48 hours* to respond to your opponent's suggestions.
*As mentioned earlier, these 48 hours only start on that Playday's Monday.
If you don't, the other team's first choice will become the new match date. If you do, and you agree on one of their three times, great! If you don't like any of their suggestions, you can suggest three new times of your own. This continues until both teams agree (or one team fails to respond).
If you find yourself in a situation where both teams are active but unable to agree on a date, please write a support ticket.
You'll always see the latest status of your match scheduling efforts on your match page, so keep an eye there for any changes! You can easily find your matches by heading to the League page for your region and checking under "My Participation".

Team leaders will also need to keep in mind the fact that they must report the score after every match. This tool can also be found on the match page, under "Report Score".

Scheduling Tool Visual Overview
Before making any suggestions, you'll see this form. Select up to three dates and times from the drop-down menus.

After you've made some suggestions, you'll see them on your match page. The deadline for a response from your opponent will also be listed.

If your opponent responds with suggestions of their own, you'll see them and be given a chance to respond.

This is what you'll see when you hit the respond button. Either select one of the times suggested by your opponents, or make another suggestion yourself. Then, hit the "Suggest Time" button at the bottom.

As always, if you have any issues or questions about any of these steps, be sure to make a support ticket and one of our admins will be happy to help you out.
