As with the All Star Match, the participants for the Solo Tournament have been decided by a vote, apart from one pro - Zhang 'Eurus' Chengjun, who won last year's edition and therefore qualified by right.
The Vici Gaming carry had to overcome superstars in the form of Song 'Sccc' Chun, Sumail 'SumaiL' Syed Hassan and Amer 'Miracle-' Al-Barkawi. This year, though, the competition is a bit different.
As you can see in the bracket, all Chinese players have been placed in one half of the draw, with Western players in the other. The result is that we are guaranteed a final between China and the West.
All the players are known for being incredibly skilled and able to survive a 1v1 in their lanes, but without their teammates around, who will help in case of emergency?
As the defending champion Zhang 'Eurus' Chengjun is the clear favourite, but Amer 'Miracle-' Al-Barkawi, who took a break at DreamLeague Season 9, is also considered a favourite. Who do you think will win?
