Na`Vi drop Sonneiko

The last-minute roster moves just keep on coming! After announcing the trade of Vladimir 'RodjER' Nikogosyan for Ilya 'Lil' Ilyuk just two days ago, ua Natus Vincere have announced today that they will be replacing Akbar 'SoNNeikO' Butaev.

Sonneiko is a Na`Vi veteran, having spent a combined total of almost two and a half years and played 496 games with the organization. He first joined the team in early 2015 as a promising support player and a fresh face in the CIS scene but was dropped in November 2016 after Na`Vi struggled hard in The Boston Major qualifiers. He rejoined in April 2017 and has been a part of some promising developments for the squad including the somewhat recent 4th place finish at DreamLeague Season 8 and 3rd/4th at Mars Media Dota 2 League: Macau 2017.

Na`Vi have not announced who will be replacing Sonneiko in the team for the upcoming season, but they say that the new addition will be a nnounced by February 5th, implying that they are aiming to lock in the squad before the roster lock deadline.

According to the announcement, Sonneiko's contract ends February 28th but Na`Vi say they are open to offers to buy him out before that date.

Na`Vi's current roster:
Vladislav 'Crystallize' Krystanek
Danil 'Dendi' Ishutin
Viktor 'GeneRaL' Nigrini
Ilya 'Lil' Ilyuk
