VGJ.T had the harder road to the Galaxy Battles Grand Final after they faced Evil Geniuses in yesterday's upper bracket final but were knocked to the lower bracket in a 2-0 loss. The day started with two lower bracket rounds preceding the lower bracket final, giving VGJ.T time to watch

When Team Spirit finally came out on top, VGJ.T made short work of the CIS squad and readied themselves for a rematch against EG.
Grand Final showdown
When the series opened with a 29-minute, 27-5 kill stomp from VGJ.T it was EG that seemed unprepared. Despite their series yesterday being a 2-0, it seems unlikely that the NA squad underestimated their opponent. That said, VGJ.T quickly and decisively took the early series lead in this best-of-five final.
After that awkward start to the series, things really kicked off in Game 2. The entirety of the almost 73-minute match was nearly even - whether in terms of net worth, kills or even towers taken. Both teams danced around each other beautifully, each knowing when the other would make a move and skillfully avoiding it or, in some cases, clashing in epic team fights.
If you only watch one game from this series, make it Game 2. Both teams put on a top notch display of skill to the very end.
Of course if you're up for more, we'd recommend checking out Game 3 as well. It was another close game with Andreas 'Cr1t-' Nielsen on his signature Earth Spirit and Artour 'Arteezy' Babaev playing with the team more on Terrorblade than he could on his Game 2 Tinker.
VGJ.T sealed the deal in the end with a Divine Rapier on Liu 'Sylar' Jiajun's Medusa.
The Chinese squad hoisted the trophy and host Eri Neeman asked Liu 'Freeze' Chang how it felt to win in such a fashion after losing to EG yesterday. The VGJ.T midlaner looked overjoyed and said that it was the best moment of his gaming career so far.

VGJ.T haven't won any Qualifying Points today, but they've certainly shown that they're going to be a force to be reckoned with in the upcoming months.
Riki crowd revealed
Some Dota 2 fans were concerned after seeing the relatively empty 55k seat venue earlier in the event, but the Filipino fans showed up en masse for the final day of the event. Talent on-site posted several impressive shots of the crowd to social media throughout the day.
