Visa issues strike Sacred, DeMoN to stand in at the Summit

posted by Abelle,
pe Sacred* will be playing without their regular five-man roster at the squad's first LAN event of the season. pe Alex Davila 'Masoku' Matallana was unable to secure a US visa in time and us Jimmy 'DeMoN' Ho has stepped in as substitute. I'll be a stand-in for the Peruvian team Sacred at The Summit 8 minor substituting for masoku 🤔🤔— Jimmy Ho (@DotaDeMoN) December 6, 2017

The DOTA Summit 8 qualifier was the first Pro Circuit event qualifier that Sacred played under the new name and the first one that they won. While playing as Digital Chaos.SA earlier in the season they'd taken several 2nd place finishes, but never better.

DeMoN's spent the season so far with us Digital Chaos* but the NA squad have been largely overshadowed by other teams in regional qualifiers this year and haven't attended any Pro Circuit LAN events.

Sacred's roster for DOTA Summit 8:
pe Benjamin 'Benjaz' Lanao Barrios
pe Leonardo 'Leostyle-' Sifuentes
pe Abraham 'Kingteka' Canez
pe Farith 'Matthew-' Puente
us Jimmy 'DeMoN' Ho
