The AntiHype is real
The Russian stack AntiHype*, featuring the three Virtus.pro-players Aleksey 'Solo' Berezin, Pavel '9pasha' Khvastunov and Roman 'RAMZEs' Kushnarev, as well as Natus Vincere's Vladimir 'RodjER' Nikogosyan and Igor 'ILTW' Filatov of Team Spirit, faced of against the Greek lineup of Ad Finem.
The Russians had previously defeated Team Ukraine Blue (which had another three VP players on the roster) in the semi finals. mousesports made their way to the Finals by edging out the other Ukranian team, UAshki*.
The finals itself were a rather quick affair. AntiHype defeated mouz 2-0 to take the title of WESG European Champion as well as $ 40.000 in prize money. The 2-0 was the grand finale to a dominating run at WESG 2017, during which AntiHype didn't drop a single game.
