Adam leaves Fire Dragoon to join Fnatic

Fire Dragoon* say that support player Adam Erwann 'Adam' Shah is leaving their squad to join Fnatic, though it's unclear whether he would join as a player or as a coach.

The announcement from Fire Dragoon includes other changes for that squad. They will also drop

Yang 'Deth' Wu Heng and

Byron 'Syeonix' Meng Keen, who had been playing as temporary standins since early October.

Hiew Teck 'AlaCrity' Yoong and

Jian Zhe 'BrayaNt' Pang have been reinstated to the active roster while

Raphael C. 'KanG' S. Khong is being brought in to complete the roster.

Neither Fnatic nor Adam have made any statements about Adam's role with the team, or who he would replace if he is joining the team as a player. It's possible that he joins as a coach, since Fnatic do not currently have someone filling that position full-time. During ESL One Hamburg 2017,

Sam 'Bulba' Sosale stood in as the squad's coach, but a full-time coach could help the struggling team.

Adam has both played for Fnatic and coached in the past. After his team B)ears disbanded early this year, Adam spent the lead up to TI7 as coach for

compLexity Gaming.
