Vega Squadron played the majority of their matches earlier in the round robin stage, but their strong results saw them tie against everyone but NBA*, who they beat 2-0. Coincidentally EPG were the team that everyone but Virtus.pro beat 2-0, VP tied their match.
All Vega needed to stay in the top three was for either Empire or VP to not win every single one of their games yesterday, and that's exactly what happened.
Team Liquid's final match against VP had in fact been recorded May 14th due to Liquid's participation in Starladder | i-League Invitational #2, but it was a 2-0 loss. However, they had already tied with top seed Team Secret for most wins (three), meaning they had enough points to remain in the top three.

Team Empire put up a great fight in both of their matches on the final day, but in order to crack the top three they needed two 2-0 wins and they fell one game short. Even after VP called GG a baffling 11 minutes into Game 1 of their series, Game 2 went VP's way and the points were split.
EU Division Standings
With the EU Division complete, we have to wait a little over a week for more DreamLeague Season 7, once everybody gets back from The Manila Masters.
Matches take place on May 30 and 31st, and one team from compLexity Gaming, Digital Chaos*, Team NP or Planet Odd* will take the final spot in Atlanta.
