The new roster is:
Ilya 'AlohaDance' Korobkin
Sergey 'God' Bragin Vasily 'Afterlife' Shishkin Airat 'Silent' Gaziev Krivulya 'Cema' SemionCema was the only player that Vega had promised to keep from the previous roster, but this new lineup also sees the return of G (aka God).
In their announcement, Vega emphasizes the fact that this roster is not necessarily final, but that they plan to play with it for DreamLeague Season 7 at least.
"As a reminder, we're not in a hurry to make a final decision about who's playing under our tag right til the International 7," says Vega's CEO, Alexey Kondakov, in the announcement. "[We] will use all the time remaining until the roster lock. Final roster will be announced later."
Both AfterLife and ALOHADANCE come together from
Chip+4*. They both joined that squad at different times in 2016. Silent is well known for his time with Team Empire and later Virtus.pro, but has been inactive since July 2016 when Polarity*, his team at the time, disbanded. Silent is best known as a carry player but he will moving to the support role on this team. The team's first appearance will be in the DreamLeague Season 7 European qualifier. Match dates for the qualifier have not been announced yet, but Vega's announcement says that it will be "next week".
