With Kiev Major qualifiers over, teams are free to make roster changes now without hurting their chances of a TI7 regional qualifier invite. Vega's performance since late 2016 has been severely lacking, so it is unsurprising that they are making such drastic changes.

Vega's roster before the drop was:
ru Dmitriy 'Ditya-Ra' Minenkov
ru Sergey 'God' Bragin
ua Andrey 'Mag' Chipenko
ua Krivulya 'Cema' Semion
ru Akbar 'SoNNeikO' Butaev

The organization has seen much better days, most notably back in 2015 when the team beat us Evil Geniuses and eu Team Secret to win ESL One New York 2015, shortly after EG's TI5 win. Cema and Mag were the only remaining members of that roster, with the rest of the team shuffling rather frequently since then.

G and SoNNeikO had joined in November 2016, while Ditya Ra was a very new edition, coming to the squad this past January.

The team has not announced who the new members will be.
