The recent departure of ro Mihai 'canceL' Vasile means that us compLexity Gaming will have to play through open qualifiers.

When asked about coL's plans for their roster beyond Kiev, compLexity General Manager Kyle "Beef" Bautista told joinDOTA, "747 is the guy, at least through the Kiev Major. Due to the close proximity of the qualifiers, we wanted to make sure we had someone in the house quickly, and focusing on improving with that player."

coL qualified for The Boston Major last year, and had an impressive group stage in which they beat Evil Geniuses twice. However, they failed to make it past Warriors Gaming in the first round of the single elimination bracket and finished 9th-16th overall.

us Eric 'Ryoya' Dong already proved to be a capable stand in during Elimination Mode 3.0. He helped coL defeat both WanteD and Team Onyx to win the North America bracket. Even though they lost to OG in the Grand Final, they were able to put up a good fight and take a win in Game 2 of the series.

compLexity's roster:

us David 'Moo' Hull
us Eric 'Ryoya' Dong
us Jaron 'Monkeys-Forever' Clinton
us Zakari 'ZfreeK' Freedman
us Kyle 'Kyle' Freedman
