$18,800 USD Open Dota 2 Cup arrives
If you and your team mates are looking for a chance to enter the majestic battlefields of Dota 2 and secure a chance to go to Valhalla, Thor Open is your next destination. The tournament created by the Swedish website Fragbite will host several disciplines and Dota 2 is among them. The prize pool is 130,000 SEK (~$18,800) and anyone with a team will be able to register.
The tournament will be over two months long, starting in October with several qualifiers which will culminate into a massive Final at Kistamässan, Sweden, on the 8th and 9th of December. The finalists will all struggle against each other for the first prize of 100,000 SEK. 2nd place will receive 20,000 SEK and 3rd place, 10,000 SEK.
