After a thrilling all-Chinese Grand Final,
EHOME emerged victorious to take home 500 Euros in the [B]joinDOTA Masters VII[/B].
The night started out with the first semi-final match between EHOME and 
MiTh.Trust. During the drafting stages, EHOME picked up Morphling as their carry while MiTh opted for Clinkz, a hero that we don't usually see from the Thai team. From early to mid game, the match was very even with the kill score going back and forth. Having gotten the majority of the kills, EHOME's Leshrac was able to farm up a fast Bloodstone which kept him in the teamfights to ensure that they have an advantage. MiTh had no choice but to type "gg" at 33 minutes after falling to EHOME's combined strength of Morphling and Leshrac.

Semi-final number two saw the battle of the teams invited to The International, with
Absolute Legends taking on DK. From the outset, the Australians stormed to an early game lead, getting the kills left, right and center. However, DK did not give up and took the game at a slower pace. Slowly but surely, DK were able to claw their way back into the game. Massive teamfights occured over and over again towards the last 20-30 minutes of the game with DK coming up on top in each of them. In the end DK went for one final push and ended the game after one full hour to set up a best of three grand final with EHOME.Game one of the Grand Finals shaped up to be a very Grand Final-worthy game. We got to see the infamous X!!! playing on Tinker, and after nabbing the first blood as well as a couple of kills, he was able to farm up a Boots of Travels in around 10 minutes and continue to participate in ganks throughout the whole game. Coupled that with a farmed up Slardar and Batrider, EHOME ended the game with a 51-18 kill score.

Going into game two, DK would have to win it in order to force a third deciding game in order to win the 500 Euros up for grabs. Even though both teams were playing on high ping due to the China servers not functioning, both teams still gave it their all. Due to the server disadvantage, EHOME was not able to play to their full potential having heroes with skills that require precision timing to land. However, EHOME's Windrunner still managed to get off a few nice shackleshots, but to no avail, EHOME calls GG at 30 minutes into the game.

In the final deciding match, EHOME picked up one of KingJ's signature hero, Morphling as their carry hero while DK opted for Dragon Knight. With so much at stake, the game was very passive with only 8 kills total at 15 minutes. Towards mid to late game, EHOME executed some perfect teamfights to pull themselves to an advantage. Even after having all their rax being taken down, DK still fought to the bitter end but succumbed to EHOME's final push, thus taking second in the joinDOTA Masters VII.
With that EHOME bagged themselves 500 Euro and cemented themselves as the Chinese team to beat in Dota 2.
