Bash Wars
Only Spirit Breakers live in this tiny cluster of islands, and apparently none of them know how to swim. You start off at level 4, gaining gold and experience over time.
Mines: a humorous way to kill an enemyYour mission is to push the enemy Spirit Breakers off the ledge. For that you have 4 spells: Charge of Darkness, Leap, Greater Bash, and Kick.
Be cautious! You can get yourself in a pickle by charging or leaping over water. There are also dangerous naval mines around the map -- you land on the mine and you are dead. Whichever team reaches 20 deaths the quickest loses the game.
Luck Factor: 17% is 17%.
Replay value: Definitely a map that can't get boring even after countless of times of replaying. Only downside is that once you learn all of the nooks and crannies of the map it can get a bit stale. Maybe in the future we will get a map where the floor is lava!

Omni Party
Probably one of the most recognisable maps from the glory days Warcraft 3 -- Uther Party -- is popular for it's quirky mini-games.
One of the mini-gamesThere are a number of different games where you can compete in against strangers or challenge your friends. Winning each round gives you points and the winner is whoever accumulates the most points at the end of the game.
From pushing around snowballs to smashing buttons to make your donkey run across the field, this game has something for everybody.
Luck Factor: Avoiding skeletons is easy... Oh my word... Where did they all come from?!
Replay value: There are many mini-games that require skill, and usually aren't that easily understood playing through the first time. Best part about this map is the joy of learning and discovering something new every time. Like that time when you thought you were teaming up with your friend, but he just ends up blinding you in the labyrinth so he gets more points for finishing ahead of you.

Poke the Angry Ogre
Take on the role as an annoying critter and poke the ogre.
I wonder why he is angry?Ofcourse there are other abilities to help you in doing so. There's a panic button that makes you run fast, but the penalty is -1 point, you can also stun the ogre when you think you're in trouble. And when someone is blocking you use the push ability to clear the way.
But be aware the ogre has skills of his own. He does a frontal smash that instantly kills anyone in his way. He also gets angrier and angrier the more he gets poked, which makes him faster at running and smashing.
Reach 150 points to win this game, or let the ogre have his way and smash all of the annoying critters that you call teammates.
Luck Factor: If people would've just stopped bodyblocking me I would've won!
Replay value: Whenever you want to let off steam and just annoy the ogre or the other players, this game is perfect for it.

Oddball
This game mode has found it's way to Reborn from Halo. The aim of the game is quite simple: keep the ball in your team.
Nyx carrying the ballTo release the ball from the enemy team you need to kill the ballcarrier or kill Roshan, who wanders around the map. There are numerous buffs around the map which you can obtain from buff pads or from killing neutral creeps in the jungle camps. The first team to hit 250 points wins the game.
The only downside is the fact that there aren't custom heroes and items. Many heroes feel very underpowered in this map.
Luck Factor: Can you get the ball first?
Replay value: Finding the best combination of heroes is a key factor. And for that you need to keep playing and trying out new combos, unless they implement custom heroes.

Freezetag
Played on an autumny map where your goal is to freeze the enemy. Your most important spell is a skillshot frost arrow. Working much like Mirana's arrow you need to be precise with your aim.
Arrow, find your target! If your allies get frozen you have a long cooldown ultimate fire arrow you can shoot to defrost them, aswell as a channeled fire ability. Be careful when trying to defrost your teammates, you will be an easy target to shoot at.
The choice of hero will not matter since they come with the same set of spells, however there are different items. Many different sorts of boots, and you can buy three different spells, and upgrades to your existing abilities. To be victorious you or your team needs to win 8 rounds.
Luck Factor: Only a matter of who runs infront of your arrows and if the enemy is clever enough to shoot a frost arrow at you when you're defrosting a teammate.
Replay value: This is great practice for any sort of skillshots. Gives quite a bit of knowledge in predicting where or how the enemy might move.

Custom maps are still under heavy development, and most of them don't represent the end result. If you do encounter any bugs it is highly encouraged that you report them to the creators.
Don't know how to install custom games?
Installing custom games is just three steps! Launch up the game and...

1. Locate the Custom Games tab

2. Search (or browse) for the map you want to play

3. Find the Install button on the maps homepage
Boom! Hopefully they give the same functionality there was in Warcraft III, where you could just download the map from the host once you joined a lobby.
