AdmiralBulldog was in fact never kicked or removed from Alliance, but instead chose to put his attention elsewhere. "We have not kicked or removed Bulldog...we tried to keep him in the team but he has chosen to focus on streaming for now to rediscover his passion for Dota 2," said manager Kelly in an interview back in January.
Captain Loda commented that the team had planned to replace Niqua even before Starladder, meaning the 6.84 buffs to AdmiralBulldog's trademark hero Lone Druid were not the reason behind him coming out of retirement despite popular belief. AdmiralBulldog was of course part of the TI3 winning Alliance roster along with team-mates Loda and Akke, and after a very turbulent competitive year for Alliance, it should hopefully see a return to stability.
Feeling really down but atleast you guys cheered me up some with your support! hopefully the future looks bright!

Niqua's tweet earlier in the week that he would not continue to play with Alliance came as a surprise for most due to the positive results the team has been getting, in particular a 2-0 victory over Secret at Starladder XII last weekend. Alliance's return to form took place over the last month with Niqua in the team.
I'm sure they have a great reason for kicking the player who helped them qualify to their upcoming LANs and keep their struggling team alive

The "new" Alliance roster will be in action on LAN as early as tomorrow, as the team is taking part in the ASUS Play It Cool invitational, the English broadcast of which will be provided on-site by Capitalist and Blitz.
