joinDOTA MLG Season 1 Championship Grand Finals VODs are now available!

The VODs of the Grand Final between Evil Geniuses and Team Empire which took place yesterday have now all been uploaded. The match was the culmination of 3 months of games involving 35 teams from around the world. The LAN finals were held in Columbus, Ohio, hosted by MLG and broadcast by joinDOTA. Empire qualified for the Grand Finals thanks to their first seed in the groupstage, finishing ahead of Evil Geniuses, and Ninjas in Pyjamas who they defeated in a crucial tie-breaker. Evil Geniuses had looked solid on the opening day, but two unexpected defeats on the second meant that to reach the Grand Finals they would have to make their way through the playoffs. Ninjas in Pyjamas*, they managed to reach the Grand Finals, but Empire and stand-in Funn1k were more than ready for the DAC champions.
