As part of the second season of the SUmmit2, BeyondtheSummit introduced a voting system for fans to essentially invite a team that did not make it through the qualifiers. The owners of the Summit2 compendium have a total of five votes to cast, with each vote carrying more weight from "high priority" to "low priority".
Several players such as IxMike and XBOCT have made hoping to get their team in via the Redemption vote have made pleas for votes. IXMike offered to shave TC's head in exchange for a ticket to the LA finals, whilst XBOCT promised dancing and singing - a milestone that may cause the Ukranian some pain given he is currently on crutches. Dendi further supported the cause by posting on Reddit: "Vote for us and we make XBOCT run 5 KMs with broken leg!! Hue hue hue jajaja (j/k) We would really like to go and fight for glory and candy."
Cloud9 also got the backing of
BigDaddy who posted a "promise to do a BigDaddy Cannonball" as well as 1437. Their campaign was further strengthened by an awesome collection of pictures posted up on Reddit by A-U-R-A entitled: "Why Cloud9 is the Most American, non-American Dota Team (and Deserves Your Summit Compendium Vote)."

How to cast your Redemptions Votes (requires bundle)To cast your votes you will require the bundle for The Summit2. You have five votes; highest priority, high priority, middle ground, slightly lower priority, low priority. Be aware that this is essentially a wishlist for the top5 teams you would like most in order of preference, low priority does not mean the team you do not wish to participate. Voting closes on November 16th at midnight CET.
