With the help of Johan "BigDaddy" Sundstein, Vitalii "v1lat" Volochai drew the groups for the upcoming StarLadder X LAN finals earlier today. The grand finale will feature eight teams and be held in the Kiev Cybersport Arena at the end of the month. Find out who made which group after the jump.

The draw which was recorded (video below) managed to throw together an incredible group A of se Alliance, us EG, world Cloud9 and world Team Tinker. Meanwhile, BigDaddy's Team Secret managed to get a less threatening group featuring ua Na'Vi, ru VP and ph Inter Active Philippines. The tournament is a 4-day event from the 23rd-26th October.

The tournament took a blow earlier in the week when cn Vici Gaming and cn Newbee dropped out of the competition stating "political situation" and passports as the reasons behind the decision. A total of 44 teams participated in the qualifiers for the LAN finals across four regions; China, SEA, Europe and America.
