The newly announced tournament will feature a host of fan-favourite top teams from all across Europe and North America, with the first day of play coming on September 25th, running until November 30th. A Lich set created by Cersei and Jaime Lannister has been included in the ticket bundle and will be available in the Store within the week. Each ticket bundle purchased will add $1.25 to the base prize pool of $75,000.
The tournament will be running throughout the end of the StarLadder X online qualifiers, and continue afterwards, giving teams on both sides of the Atlantic the chance to compete in an online environment unlike how organisations such as ESL and StarLadder have approached the online portions of their tournaments. Denial eSports Format
Two groups of eight teams each will play every team in their group in a series of BO2 matches, being awarded 1 point for each map win. 1st place in each group advances directly to the Semi-Finals, 2nd place in each group to the Quarter-Finals, and 3rd and 4th place teams play eachother for the remaining Quarter-Final spots. The play-off will be a single elimination bracket, with each Semi-Final and the Grand Final itself being BO5 series. The English casting will be provided by HighGround.TV
