The ninth edition of the BTS Pro Series started in two regions at the end of October. Nine teams each are currently fighting for total prize pools of 40.000 and 60.000 US-Dollars. The first rounds of the BTS Pro Series Season 9 have been taking place in the Americas and Southeast Asia since October 29th. In the race to first place, nine teams each are pitted against each other and currently try to advance to the playoffs of the last event before the coming DPC season.

In the American edition, especially Thunder Predator, Infamous and 4 Zoomers had a promising start to the tournament. BOOM Esports, Army Geniuses and OB Esports x Neon currently take the lead in Southeast Asia.



The group stage of the BTS Pro Series will wrap up on November 8th, after which the teams on places one to eight advance to playoffs. Nine best-of-threes will determine which two line-ups can fight for the highest prize money in the tournament's Grand Final. The winner of the deciding best-of-five not only gains bragging rights, but also respectively 16.000 or 24.000 US-Dollars for their performance.
