Flip.Sid3 Tactics at last seasons' Lan Finals
The first cup caused very little surprises. Since both
Fnatic.eu and 
Virtus.Pro decided to not take part, the Danes from 
Flip.Sid3 Tactics were handled as the clear favorites, and manged to live up to expectations as they defeat the new roster of Team Empire without any bigger problems. The Russians already struggled in the semi-finals where they fought a very close battle against
Team Menace (ex-Rat in the dark). Since Flip.Sid3 advances directly to the groupstage, Empire is for now leading the Season Ranking , followed by the Finns and the players from 
One (ex- Infernity.Rs), who both participated in last seasons Lan-Event. On another note, the German International 2013 Championship Participant and EMS One Summer Winner
mousesports have been directly invited to the groupstages, so that the two Russian powerhouses can prove the strength of their new rosters. However, it is unclear yet, how the roster of mousesports will look like, since their mid-player Adrian 'Fata- Trinks was seen as a stand-in for the Danish Squad in their run through the first Cup aswell as for uebelst-gamynG during the BigBoint Battle.Schedule
