A few days before the WePlay AniMajor starts, Chinese organisation Invictus Gaming has to deal with some roster adjustments. Their position 5 player Oli is not able to travel to Kyiv due to corona policies. Reigning Major champions Invictus Gaming had to adjust their roster only a few days before the AniMajor kicks off. Their position 5 player Chon Kien 'Oli' Chan is not able to travel to Kyiv due to corona regulations, as tournament organiser WePlay! and the Chinese organisation announced this Saturday. Their coach Su 'super' Peng will take over his role.

Oli had to take COVID tests before his departure in his home country Malaysia. The second test came out positive. A third test then proved that this result was incorrect and the player is not infected. However, due to Malaysian regulations, Oli is still required to quarantine for 14 days and therefore cannot travel to Ukraine.

The AniMajor kicks off on 2 June already, leaving Oli no room to join the tournament. For more information about the event, check out the articles below.
