The Alliance adds another title to their list of achievements by winning the WePlay Dota 2 League. They manage to sweep 
Evil Geniuses 3:0 in the grand finals after sending them to the loser's bracket earlier in the tournament. With their win, The Alliance is now $5,000 richer as well getting $1,500 worth in gaming gear.
Alliance vs Evil Geniuses
Evil Geniuses once again faces Alliance, the team that sent them to the loser's bracket earlier in the tournament. Having won over Na'Vi in the loser's bracket final, the North American team were poised to put up a good fight against the Swedes. EG got off to a good early start by getting two kills a few minutes into the game and started to gain momentum after that. However, due to the better late game line up of Alliance, the Swedes were able to close the game in their favour.
Game two went roughly the same as game one with Alliance taking the game with a late game Phantom Assasin, a hero that can be considered a signature hero for them. The final game was a little more even compared to the first two games, both teams traded kills early to mid game. Unfortunately EG failed to pressure
Jonathan 'Loda' Berg's Gyrocopter, allowing him to farm up his core items and close out the series in their favor. Standings
