Alliance's backdoor throne rush clinches 67-minute game

With 92 kills in 67 minutes, the final game of the series between Alliance and Winstrike at the StarLadder ImbaTV Dota 2 Minor #2 was an absolute riot.
The match started off very well for Alliance. They were dominating their lanes and building good farm on all of their heroes. They had a 10k net worth lead at only 13 minutes. However, they pushed their lead too far too early and overextended.

From here, the recurring weakness of Alliance showed and they began throwing fight after fight. At 37 minute Winstrike had evened the game.

But, after it looked like Winstrike was finally getting a foothold, Alliance were able to resuscitate their momentum after catching out Zaur 'Cooman' Shakhmurzaev's Ember Spirit.

Alliance rebuilt their lead up, this time up to a commanding 21k at 52 minutes; they destroyed all of Winstrike's barracks and secured Mega Creeps.

However, Winstrike would not give up. After a smart Smoke they were able to surprise Alliance and take an important teamfight, feeding Airat 'Silent' Gaziev's Spectre an Ultra Kill.

With little recourse left, Alliance resorted to their tried and true rat tactics. When Winstrike pushed, Max 'qojqva' Broecker Lone Druid snuck into their base and went straight for the throne.

Michael 'mICKe' Vu's Sven teleported onto the bear, and the two were able to chew through the Ancient's HP before Winstrike could respond.

For Alliance, when all else fails: rat.
