Complexity parts ways with monkeys-forever

After a disappointing showing at the MDL Disneyland Paris Major, compLexity Gaming has opted to drop Jaron 'Monkeys-Forever' Clinton from the team. This change comes after not even a full month of him having joined.

Taking his place on a trial basis will be the Brazilian Position 3 Otávio 'tavo' Gabriel, who was recently removed from the roster of Chaos Esports Club.

Winstrike Team reveals a brand new roster

It has been a month since Dmitriy 'DM' Dorohin, Milan 'MiLAN' Kozomara, and Dino 'dnz' Šavuk left the team, with DM and MiLAN having recently found spots on Aachen City Esports and Chaos Esports Club respectively.

Finally, however, Winstrike Team has filled out a new roster by adding Ilya 'Lil' Ilyuk, Alexander 'Nofear' Churochkin, and Zaur 'Cooman' Shakhmurzaev to the squad. Their mettle will be tested in the Epicenter M: CIS Qualifier against the likes of Virtus.pro and Natus Vincere.

Old but Gold gets sponsored

According to an announcement today on their website, Team Spirit has picked up the CIS squad Old But Gold. Team Spirit dropped their entire roster back in January and had made no Dota 2 related moves until now.

Old but Gold made their debut back in January as well, but only caught the eyes of spectators at the StarLadder ImbaTV Dota 2 Minor after they eliminated OG from the tournament. Time will tell if having a sponsor will push them to another level.

Are last minute changes enough to help these teams qualify?
