It's Major time! The third Major event of the season is about to start. 16 of the best teams from all around the world will fight for the title and 4950 DPC points. Only two teams have secured a spot for The International 2019 so far. Are Virtus.pro and Team Secret unstoppable? Here's our Power Ranking for the tournament.

Plucky upstarts

Natus Vincere

Let's start with a novice in the Major tournament: Natus Vincere will participates for the first time on the big stage in front of a crowd in this season. So far, they only attended the first Minor which also took place in Stockholm. It was their first tournament without Danil 'Dendi' Ishutin.

They came close to winning the last ticket for The Kuala Lumpur Major, but Na'Vi lost the Grand Finals against Tigers. The second and also last tournament of this season for Na'Vi was the MegaFon Winter Clash where they finished second after beating Virtus.pro in the group stage and PSG.LGD in the playoffs.

Infamous

Infamous is finally back in the Major circuit! The Peruvian squad is considered to be one of the best South American organizations, but didn't make it to a Major in the DPC season 2018/2019 until now. Their only DPC experience so far was at DreamLeague Season 10 where they finished in 4th place after losing to Natus Vincere.

Enzo 'Timado' Gianoli and his team-mates have experimented a lot so far - they even played with Jacky 'EternaLEnVy' Mao and JingJun 'Sneyking' Wu. The newest addition to the squad is Mason 'mason' Venne who joined Infamous a week ago.

Forward Gaming

Forward Gaming has the potential to be one of the best teams in the world, but lately, they haven't been able to transition this onto the server. They qualified for every Major this season, but haven't had a good showing yet. Their best result of this season was a 7th-8th place at ESL One Hamburg 2018 and a 5th-6th place at MegaFon Winter Clash.

If they can utilize Roman 'Resolut1on' Fominok and Yawar 'YawaR' Hassan better this time, Forward has the talent to reach a good result. However, this is unlikely. The ESL One Katowice 2019 ended for Reso and his team-mates in the group stage.

J.Storm

North America is the only region in which the same three teams qualify for every Major. J.Storm is one of those teams. However, their results are as disappointing as Forward's. They attended two Majors and got eliminated in the second round of the Lower Bracket twice. The only positive aspect: they beat Foward Gaming at The Chongqing Major to underline their top position in North America.

Clinton 'Fear' Loomis joined the squad in December 2018, but didn't have enough time to help the team improve for the last Major. Maybe they'll come to Stockholm with a good plan to beat the top teams. Fear, Tae Won 'March' Park and Jimmy 'DeMoN' Ho have enough experience to find a way to defeat the favourites.
