posted by Olucaron,
After the departures of Marcus 'Ace' Hoelgaard and Adrian 'Fata' Trinks after The International 2018, Team Secret have finally announced their new line up for the 2018-19 Dota Pro Circuit — with Michał 'Nisha' Jankowski and Ludwig 'zai' Wåhlberg joining Yeik Nai 'MidOne' Zheng, Yazied 'YapzOr' Jaradat and Clement 'Puppey' Ivanov in the European roster.

Announcing the changes alongside a Pokémon-influenced video, Team Secret also revealed that their competitive debut as a new roster will be the upcoming PVP Esports Championship in Singapore. With a $300,000 prize pool, Secret are one of three direct invites, with PSG.LGD also named and India qualifiers Signify confirmed.

Earlier in the day, the organisation had teased fans on social media who were waiting for the announcement with baited breath, with many comments speculating on the arrival of former Na’Vi legend Danil 'Dendi' Ishutin and rumours even spreading of Puppey not being part of the active roster. However, those were to prove unfounded as in the end only Michał 'Nisha' Jankowski and Ludwig 'zai' Wåhlberg were confirmed as new members of the team.

Swedish offlaner zai actually rejoins Team Secret, having played for them previously in the 2015 season. In a year at OpTic Gaming, he achieved several top-8 finishes in Major tournaments — including a runners-up finish at ESL One Birmingham 2018. He also has significant experience of the big stage with Evil Geniuses.

Polish wonderkid Nisha is a rising star on the Dota 2 scene, having caught the eye as a 15-year old on the ALTERNATE aTTAx roster in their run to fourth place at The Defense #5. He then went on to represent Team Kinguin in top-6 finishes at both The Perfect World Masters and DOTA Summit 8, as well as a top-12 finish at ESL One Katowice 2018 on home soil.

The full 2018-19 Team Secret lineup:

2. my Yeik Nai 'MidOne' Zheng
3. se Ludwig 'zai' Wåhlberg

What do you make of the new lineup? Can it finally bring Puppey another TI victory?
