The rumours are true, MSS and MoonMeander have joined Digital Chaos

posted by Abelle,
us Digital Chaos* haven't bothered to announce either of their two squads this season, so we had to wait to find out their "NA" roster by watching their first match of the season.

The newcomers to the roster are us Arif 'MSS' Anwar and ca David 'Moonmeander' Tan. Both players had been playing offlane in the past, but MoonMeander appears to have made the switch to the support role for this season.

The rest of the team have stuck around since they were a part of Team Onyx, who were later signed by Digital Chaos. The squad competed at both The Kiev Major and The International 2017 together, but finished 9th-16th at the former and 9th-12th at the latter.

MoonMeander's last squad was the former Digital Chaos who later became Thunderbirds for The Kiev Major and Planet Odd for TI qualifiers, where they finished 5th after losing to us compLexity Gaming.

MSS came from Cloud9, formerly Team NP. His squad was yet another which performed well within North America, but failed to make a big impact once they reached the global stage. They reached TI7 through the NA qualifier, but lost to Team Empire in the first round of playoffs to finish 13th-16th.

So far, DC have played just one match, in King's Cup: America. They faced Leviathan and took two fairly straightforward wins. Since that was still just their first match in the event, they've got plenty left to play in the final four days. If you want to see the new DC in action, you can tune in to BeyondtheSummit on Twitch Sept 14-17 starting at 19:00 CEST.
