Moonduck are at it again with a new tournament system even crazier than Elimination Mode.

The rules of the tournament are not even set in stone yet, but the basic premise is that each team is given a set amount of money (MoonBucks, if you will) at the start. This imaginary money is used throughout the tournament to do many things - draft heroes, ban heroes, even pause the game.

Heroes will cost different amounts of money to pick or ban, and the price will fluctuate from game to game. This will complicate the drafting process, since teams will want to strike a balance between drafting a strong team and not running out of money before the end of the tournament.

If a team runs out of money, Moonduck enables hard mode. They will only be allowed to pick from a pool of "the worst heroes", will be unable to ban and will not be allowed to pause.

Broke teams will have options to earn some money back through a "Bounty System". Bounties may be earned via completion of community challenges which could range from minor inconveniences to absolute nonsense.

So far, this tournament is still in the works, but Moonduck are aiming to hold it "after the Kiev Major".
