Thai pro player Nuengnara '23savage' Teeramahanon now has around six times the MMR of the average Dota player. Who is the best Dota 2 player in the world? Well, if we judge based on the MMR system, it's clearly Thai carry Nuengnara '23savage' Teeramahanon. The 18-year-old shared his profile overview on social media this Tuesday, 2 March, accompanied with a simple "12k mmr :)))".

23savage is the first player in the world to cross this milestone. On 24 July 2020, he became the second person to reach 11k MMR. The first 11k player was Abed 'Abed' Yusop who established the record two months prior.

His last pub that gave him the crucial points was a 48-minute match with Slark. 23savage demolished his opponents, taking home the highest networth and a 18/5/18 score.

Interestingly, the talent is currently a free agent. He was last signed by Chinese organisation Vici Gaming but couldn't join the team due to the pandemic and travel restrictions. During the recent first DPC season, he eventually joined BOOM Esports as a sub-player in the DPC21: S1 - SEA Upper Division. The team finished in fifth place, missing a slot in the upcoming ONE Esports Singapore Major 2021.
