Dunno about others .. but HD quality here is TERRIBLE (very pixelated) -- possibly it is not properly encoded/processed yet as it is appeared just less than 10 mins ago.

On another hand -- the same on YouTube has perfect quality.

make sure you enable HD in the bottom right then reopen full screen
