I have no idea. The bear is overpowered as hell.

its not that easy to get bear farmed... most of the times he gets ganked early and has the radiance delayed without which his contribution to the game isnt much... and without an escape skill he cant just solo push towers as well

false. he is not that strong when farmed (don't get me wrong he is very strong, but not strong comparing to an equaly farmed magina) and he could be used for pushing and such but then his farm suffers, the best example of these kind of heroes that can't find their place between early and late game is axe (needs some farm, but is pretty much useless in late game, off course these heroes can be utilized greatly as obvious in the cases of iceiceice's axe or aui_2000's bear, but if everything doesn't go as planned the heroes begin to show why they are not banned)
