184 teams took part in the qualifiers this time around, yielding a nice field of familiar faces and a few less familiar ones. We've got teams with names dating back to good old Wc3 DotA with both
Next.Kz and 
Power Rangers having qualified, looking to re-establish themselves within the scene as their rosters have undergone drastic changes since their hay day.The Swedes are as ever well represented, having two familiar names qualify in
4Friends + Chrillee and Keita-Gaming, while the CIS scene have their representation bolstered by recently qualified to StarLadder Season 6 
zRage as well as new team 
Knights. Rounding out the qualified teams will be two European teams, 
Alien-Invasion as well as Komanda_5.Invited Teams

Team Liquid soon departing for parts unknown to slay Chinese Dragons in the G-1 Champions League, they will be the team to keep an eye on in this months tournament, as they match up against no less than five of the teams invited to the Western Qualifier for The International 2013 as well as two of the teams who were left only just shy of an invite.While Liquid will be looking to prove their dominance,
