Dota 2 StarLadders season 3 returns

Season 3 of the StarLadder returns mid September to pit 16 teams against one another to come out on top and grab a share of the $15 000 prize pool. With the Season 2 StarSeries LAN finals ending when

Natus Vincere crushed all opponents to reign as the winners of StarLadder Season 2, they come back to defend their position as the only team to have won the Star Series.

The StarLadder returns on the 12th of September for the 16 teams to battle it out by October 6th for the top four spots in the league to head to the LAN Finals Held in Kiev, Ukraine. The LAN finals will be played off in a double elimation bracket from the 18th to the 21st of October.

This season sees the introduction of

Team Empire and

FnaticRC

They use the flags of the organizations regardless of the nationality of players.

e.g.

DARER - BG owner / 0 Bulgarians but 4 Ukranians
MTW - Swedish owners / 0 swedes with 3 french guys
mouz - german team / 1 german
etc ...
