Why does it say 30000 Prizepool, but only 20000 are given to the top3?

Edit: Or are the 10000 left for the Non-Pros?

Because 10 000 is going to the Non-Pro devision (with teams including mTw and NEXT.kz) which will start on the 27th of July. For more information: http://prodota2.com/news/90/

Na'Vi played very poorly in this tournament... a mix of not taking it serious enough at the start and then not being able to play catch up towards the end losing out on some close games...

Hope Zenith makes this one!

agree with #5, keen to see Na'Vi vs Zenith whenever that happens, that should be a good one..

Could Na'Vi's "not taking it seriously" be more like not wanting to reveal too much of their tactics before TI2?

Either you haven't seen their past few games against Zenith or you're just a fanboy.
