Considering the caliber of the teams attending $1000 prize pool seems really low.

Considering the lack of tournaments in Asia, $1,000 is better than nothing ^_^

Think Happyfeet (mineski) is better than duskbin if they keep on participating on dota2...

Actually, yes, really. Mb not as a salary, but for playing in ACE and G-Leauge, plus form advert's they get a lot of money..
But I wan't to ask you smth else, since you seem to be looking up this article every 30 min. Are this teams just invited, or have they confirmed they will play in IGM?
it's kind of a suprise, after even tier two teams like FV,Tyloo and DT didn't even concider GEST, witch is three times the prizepool..
Ps. Don't get me wrong - love what you are doing, plus i'm a chinese fanboy for years. Nothing better from watching games from them, but I just hope they'll take it srsly.

The teams you mentioned are focusing on DotA and yes, all the teams listed have accepted the invitation.

Hahaha. What a big slap to rhom mineski ceo. The tournamet organizers are inviting the mineski wc3 dota team and not the fail dota 2 team that he formed. Good job organizers!!!
