Confirmed: This slipped by under the radar but unknown (Shoutout to joinDOTA user PlayAFunGame) , the Peruvian team who attended the Frankfurt Major have in fact lost their entire roster. Former players Jesus 'ztok' Alberto and Alexis 'Greedy' Ventura registered on the Major's page with ARTYK Gaming.

Confirmed: Alliance have published who their new fifth player will be, and it is definitely not a new face. Alliance have officially remade the TI3 winning Alliance roster with Jerry 'EGM' Lundkvist returning to the team for the third time. EGM played for Alliance earlier this year at DAC, but left soon after and has been part of several teams since then including Team Tinker and Mamas Boys*.

Confirmed: Team "No-Vaseline" is founded. The only two players registered to the team on the Majors website are former Fnatic player Dominik 'Black^' Reitmeier and former Alliance player Johan 'Mynuts' Andersson. They have 9 hours left to submit the rest of their roster at time of writing.
Confirmed: Former Cloud9 roster has reformed under the name Shazam. Ravi 'ritsu' Kodippili who was kicked from the previous Cloud9 roster finds himself once again with his former-mates minus Theeban '1437' Siva who left the team to move to Digital Chaos. Former TI4 EG stand-in Mason 'mason' Venne completes the five-man roster.

Confirmed: Two Greeks, Omar 'Madara' Dabachach and Giorgos 'SsaSpartan' Giannakopoulos decided to leave No Logic Gaming* in order to create a fully Greek roster. The team is called AD FINEM eSports and will consist of two former NLG players as well as Haris 'SkyLark' Zafiriou, Dimitrios 'ThuG' Plivouris and Verros 'Maybe Next Time' Apostolos. NLG stated that the rest of their squad will stay together and try to find a suitable replacements.
Confirmed: Wong Hock 'Chuan' Chuan has left Invictus Gaming. There were whispers of it already floating around but now with him locking into a roster for the next Major season it is certain. For the next three months at least, Chuan will be playing for Newbee!
Confirmed: LGD Gaming sort out their roster and it will not change. Zhang 'xiao8' Ning and Yao 'Yao' Zhengzheng remain substitutes for the team. We could see more movement at LGD in the next transfer window after Chinese New Year but for now, they're sticking with the same roster.
Confirmed: CDEC Gaming's team on the Major's registration website was just missing Sun 'Agressif' Zheng's name on it, and with the carry player now locking into CDEC's team for the next season, their team will be unchanged for the Winter Major season.
Sunday 6th December
Confirmed: No changes for Team Liquid. Their registered substitute for the upcoming Winter Major season is Roman 'rmN' Paley of Goomba Gaming. Team Liquid won the D2CL Season 6 online and finished 4th at the Nanyang Championships in Singapore during the Fall Major season.
Defense Season 5 winners Liquid are keeping their roster intact
Confirmed: Fnatic have registered their "stand-in" coach Ahmad 'ADTR' Syazwan as a primary player for the upcoming season, making Fnatic a completely SEA team once more. Analyst and commentator Chan 'Winter' Litt-Binn will be the substitute for the team for the second season.
Confirmed EHOME will be keeping the same roster that finished 4th at the Frankfurt Major. The future of the team looked uncertain after the loss of ROTK and DDC post-TI5 to LGD Gaming, but the team has shown incredible resilience, and new additions such as Wang 'Old chicken' Zhiyong served them well in the Fall Season.
Friday 4th December
Confirmed: Former SNa and Fire player Michael 'ixmike88' Ghannam has signed up his Team Mischief. Team Mischief was formed back in October with just over a dozen games played, but was active recently in Canada Cup. Team Mischief registered on the Dota 2 Majors page with the following roster:

Confirmed: Former Team Tinker/Mousesports player Max 'Qojqva' Broecker has registered himself as a substitute player for Digital Chaos. Qojqva was highly active in the scene at the beginning of this year, but decided to stop playing in June, and at the time tweeted that he was "taking a break from dota for the next few months to reevaluate my goals".
Thursday 3rd December
Confirmed: Despite Ohaiyo claiming the team would not be undergoing any changes, just minutes ago Fnatic published the news that Dominik 'Black^' Reitmeier has decided to leave the team. In his statement Black^ said he will continue playing, but for now did not comment on which team he plans to play for. However, if his Twitter is anything to go by, perhaps a move back to Germany is on the books. Coach Ahmad "ATDR" Syazwan will be a temporary stand-in for the team.

Confirmed: Team Alliance have decided to drop Johan 'Mynuts' Andersson ahead of the next roster lock. Team Alliance finished 4th at DreamLeague and 9-12th at the Frankfurt Major with him in the roster, but now are a man down.
Alliance are set to compete in the Defense this weekend at joinDOTA HQ, where they will compete with Rene 'Kebap' Werner as a stand-in. Kepab was part of Alliance's 2-1 victory over Virtus Pro in Starladder earlier this evening, but Alliance said they plan to release information about their new 5th player after the event.

Confirmed and locked: SumaiL has finally locked himself in on the Dota 2 Majors registration page, completing EG's active roster for the next season. The team's roster will remain intact with the team again only registering one substitute; Ludwig 'zai' Wåhlberg.

Confirmed Mineski, who finished 9-12th at the Frankfurt Major unsurprisingly will be sticking with their current roster. The organisation made an official news on their website confirming the decision.

Confirmed: Team Secret's Manager CyborgMatt posted on Reddit that they will not be making any roster changes.
Wednesday 18th November
Confirmed: Fnatic.Ohaiyo said in an interview that Fnatic will not be making any roster changes. However, the team has yet to officially lock their roster for the Winter season.
Confirmed and locked on 3rd December: Vega Squadron tweeted that they will keep the same roster and will not be making any changes. This is the second roster lock where Vega have decided to not make any changes to their team.
