ca Jacky 'EternaLEnVy' Mao opened an ask.fm recently and gave people the opportunity to ask him direct questions in light of the recent release of his team from Cloud9. The Canadian openly responded to questions about his past decisions such as the decision to remove Aui from the team, as well as his opinions of former team-mate SingSing who he believes has a "low game understanding and a very selfish real life persona".
EternalEnvy during his fan signing at TI5 the day after Cloud9's exit

ca Jacky 'EternaLEnVy' Mao formerly of world Cloud9 fame and fortune, has recently opened up a bit amidst the drama surrounding the post-TI shuffle. His platform is AskFM, which is highly similar to a reddit AMA only it allows users to ask questions anonomusly. The player can also easily answer from phone or computer using their app, and many players and personalities do this often, usually while waiting for flights and the like. Envy has just recently set his up, and some interesting things were both asked and answered.

EternalEnvy on his new team
Many were concerned with Envy's mysterious new team, which has yet to be officially announced, with even the rumor mill falling mostly silent. Envy confirmed multiple things as well as ruling out a few players, namely Mason, ca Kurtis 'Aui_2000' Ling, de Adrian 'Fata' Trinks, nl Wehsing 'SingSing' Yuen, and ro Ionut 'ArisE' Turtoi.

"I am still trying to sort out the last player. It's hard but I'm trying my best. I won't settle till we have the right player. I need one more player pos 5," replied EternalEnvy when quizzed if he had found a new team. He expressed hopes that he would be able to have ro Armand 'bOne7' Pittner on the team later this season, but it does not appear to be in the cards right now. We have learned that the team is not North American only, and that it is mostly complete.

EternalEnvy on removing AUi from Cloud9 last year
With ca Kurtis 'Aui_2000' Ling the topic of many a conversation, one user asked EternalEnvy whether he regretted kicking him from Cloud9. "I believe that if we stuck with the old roster or had I drafted at TI we would have faired much better. Though I don't think we could of won TI doing both so I have no regrets. I failed in many regards this year as I do every year, those are my regrets not the drafting of okayer decisions."

EE on Singsing: "Sadly he has many other negative traits that give him a bad reputation."

His thoughts on former team-mate SingSing
It is interesting to note his deep thought about the game, and most notably he gives us an analytical perspective on what he thinks about nl Wehsing 'SingSing' Yuen's attitude about the game, a very similar kind of analysis which PPD conducted on Aui earlier today.

"Singsing has strong mechanical skills and good spell casting. He's also the guy you can depend on to find scrims and show up on time and to play officials with passion and will never argue during a real game. Surprisingly these qualities are hard to find even in T1 players," said EternalEnvy.

SingSing was removed from Cloud9 in the after of TI4, before going on to join several teams including Burden United and Team Tinker, both of which ended up folding and ending any hopes of attending TI5.

"Sadly he has many other negative traits that give him a bad reputation. A low understanding of picks, an ego which doesn't allow him to learn from others or to copy heroes, an ego which makes him a bad teammate and stressful to play with, low game understanding and a very selfish real life persona.

"I feel like the very moment he loses his ego and understands that trying hard doesn't mean just playing a lot or w/e. That's simply just doing what's convenient for you. Trying hard is when you push yourself to being a better person, to do things your not at all comfortable with, and you do these things with a smile," added EternalEnvy.
